SnoozeClinic.com customers enjoy fast and free shipping on all orders over $50.
Returns are not accepted on medical devices/products unless the product(s) are damaged, defective or otherwise inoperable with the exception to operator error.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you prefer, you can also email our dream team members at SnoozeClinic@gmail.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
We cannot ship the CPAP machine, mask/cannula, or a humidifier until your prescription is uploaded, emailed, mailed or faxed in. We apologize for the extra burden this places on you, but it is mandated by the State Medical Boards. You can request a prescription from your family doc or a nurse practitioner. If you live in Michiana, we will be delighted to see you and write you the necessary script.
The prescription is not needed for tubing, headgear, and other supplies or accessories.
